I have paid for a pattern but I haven’t received anything.

Upon purchase, an email with a download link automatically gets sent to you. If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, please go ahead and check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find the email, please contact me at frogginetteknittingpatterns@gmail.com.

I have purchased your pattern through Etsy but I cannot find it.
